Construction

We will assist with all your building requirements. No job is too big or small for us. We are NHBRC and Master Builders Association registered.

  • A building time frame management plan. 

  • Co-ordinate all on site equipment handling (i.e engineering vehicles, tools, etc)

  • Assist with cost management for labour & material in accordance with your budget.

  • Assist with Health and Safety, building documentation and services necessary for the construction of your home, or development.

  • Ensure necessary building documentation is in place.

Project Management

We will assist you by project managing the entire process of your build on your behalf, be it for a home or a development.

INITIAL CONCEPT
  • Obtain a clear project brief from client.

  • Appoint project management team in consultation with the client.

  • Brief project management team and define consultants scope of work and services.

  • Conclude all necessary agreements with the client.

  • Prepare a project timeline.

  • Assist in obtaining the necessary consents and approvals.

  • Assist the client with appointment of Health and Safety Consultant.

  • Assist with concept documentation for client approval.

  • Prepare viability document for client approval.

DESIGN AND FEASIBILITY
  • Prepare implement processes and procedures for the design development for client approval.

  • Assist in preparing, coordinating, and monitoring of a detailed design and documentation program for client approval

  • Conduct and record project management team meetings.

  • Facilitate health and safety on site.

  • Facilitate design review  for compliance and cost control.  

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE ASSISTING
  • Assist with procurement strategy for contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers with client.

  • Compile a procurement program with client.

  • Advise on insurances and health and safety requirements in conjunction with consultants.

  • Assist with recommendations on suppliers and contractors for the client.

  • Manage and liaise with quantity surveyor on the cost of works.

  • Budget preparation and management.

  • Assist with documentation for contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors.

CONSTRUCTION
  • Establish the construction documentation process.

  • Instruct the contractor on behalf of the client to appoint sub-contractors.

  • Conduct and minute site meetings.

  • Monitor, review and approve the preparation of the construction program.

  • Regularly monitor performance of the contractors.

  • Receive, co-ordinate and monitor approval of all contract documentation.

  • Agree quality assurance procedures and monitor implantation.

  • Monitor preparation and auditing of the health and safety plan.

  • Monitor preparation of the environmental management plan.

  • Monitoring cost variations.

  • Ensure necessary certificates are in place.

  • Adjudicate any contractual claims.

  • Prepare and submit progress reports.

  • Co-ordinate completion lists and the completion certification.

  • Assist with obtaining occupation certificates.

COMPLETION
  • Co-ordinate and assist with rectification of snag list.

  • Assist with management of guarantees and warranties.

  • Assist with as-built documentation

  • Assist with completion certificates

  • Assist with final accounts management
