Meet the Team

Leon was born in KwaZulu Natal on the 31st of May 1960. He matriculated in Pretoria in 1977.

​

After completing two National Services in the 44 Parachute Brigade, he received a tertiary education in the areas of Property Valuation and Project Management.

​

He has since been involved in property development and construction for over 35 years and has been a Director of various companies.

​

Leon shares his life with his wife, Marie.  He has two children, Leo and Dione.  When he is not working, Leon can be found playing golf, paddling in the sea, or on the road cycling.  

Johan was born in Pietersburg on the 11th of January 1964.  He matriculated in 1981 and obtained his BSc (Q.S.) degree in 1989 at the University of Pretoria.

He spent two years in Sheffield, United Kingdom, to gain international exposure, with a major construction firm, in civil and related operations. 

​

He has been in practice since 1991, and is also a qualified Mediator, Adjudicator and Arbitrator in the building environment.  In 2013 he received his LL.M in Construction Law and Arbitration from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

​

Big on family, Johan has been married to his wife, Elmaire for more than two decades and they have two sons, Riaan and Simon.  In his spare time you can watch him playing golf or reading a good novel.
