What we offer our clients
This is the conventional method. Plot-and-plan sale means that a buyer would purchase a plot, have plans drawn up and obtain a building quote, and submit to the bank for finance. Once finance is approved the buyer takes transfer of the plot and enters into a building contract with a builder.
As the building progresses the builder is paid out in stages, or draws, either by the buyer or the bank, until the property is completed.
Turnkey project is a type of project that is constructed so that it can be sold to any buyer as a completed product. This is where the contractor builds an item to the buyer's exact specifications.
The benefits of a Turnkey project are that the developer funds the entire building process, deals with all building issues, and delivers a completed product to the purchaser. The buyer only pays for the property once it’s completed.
Construction Management is the management of the physical construction process within the built environment and includes the co-ordination, administration and management of resources.
Project management is the discipline of handling the entire process of managing the end-to-end activities within a build project life-cycle.
This will include and is not limited to finance and design assisting, planning, monitoring and controlling, budgeting, resource
managing as well as maintaining the team morale.
